I'm having a problem using JInput in the following setup:

Ubuntu 10.04
Thrustmaster HOTAS Cougar and XBox 360 gamepad

About 90% of runs of my application work without issue, and both controllers work as expected. Sometimes however, I get the following message repeatedly put out:

Jul 30, 2010 6:33:02 PM net.java.games.input.ControllerEnvironment log
INFO: Failed to poll device: Failed to read next device event (19)

The problem seems to be related to the Thrustmaster, since I can still see events from the XBox 360 gamepad being processed.

A Google search for this message came up blank, so any ideas or hints on what to do about this would be much appreciated...
