After presenting my old X-Phase, now it's time to start a WIP thread about X-Phase 2.

Since X-Phase we learned a lot, and so we started from scratch, built a complete new engine & netcode.
As one of the most visible changes, we now have shader supprt Smiley
Here are the first 2 pics, with and without shader:

It's still a lot to do (eg models/animation) til the first release, but i'll keep you up to date, and hope to get some feedback Wink

Hi guys

I wanted to show you some of my work.
As i started with Gameprogramming, a mech FPS online shooter was born.
After a lot of work, together with a friend, it features 2 weapons, a random generated, destructible Landscape, and is available at Sourceforge:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/x-phase/

As soon as there are some ppl on the server it gets quite fun Smiley

But since we didn't know what we're doing, the code got really, really messy. So we started from scratch and tried to write a clean engine.
Now, we're working on X-Phase2:

Hi, i'm new to this Forum.
Was searching for a physics engine, to do some things in LWJGL.
First i thought about odejava, but it looks quite dead?
Now i'm happy i found this here, looks quite promising Smiley
