Hi,

together with 4 other students i developed a game using lwjgl.
It was our first project that big so please be gentle with your judgement  Wink.

I like it. it owuld be nice if you would make it a webstart though. or even a jar. cause then you wouldnt have to have an excutable for each OS. btw WOW there are a lot of classes. I liked the graphics.

Yes, a webstart version would be nice. It seems that the java installer did not put the java bin folder on the path in windows vista, so double clicking the "w32 starter.bat" file results in a prompt to install java. It runs fine though, with java on the path.

Some comments:
- the walk sound loop has a "click" (annoying after some time)
- add a "run" mode for the mech, maybe drain energy or disable to shoot, so you have to switch back to walk

umm he sort of does have one. when you dont shoot it moves faster. but I agree. have it be shift cause that is the most common one.

Sorry to disturb you. I hear the music but I have only a black screen. To avoid this, it would be better to use an older version of LWJGL as this bug appeared in LWJGL 2.0 alpha 3 and it is not yet fixed in LWJGL 2.0.1.

We're thankfull for every hint. And I think a tester had that problem already but we didn't know why...
